Developed for Honda’s 2.2-litre i-CTDi, the calibration delivers Stage 1 gains aimed at stronger mid-range torque and smoother response under load. DPF regeneration logic and EGR flow are fully disabled, lowering exhaust back-pressure and keeping the intake charge clean. Torque, boost and smoke limiters are raised with balanced air-fuel targets to safeguard the OEM clutch during towing or full-weight driving. Cold-start, idle and part-throttle maps are refined to retain factory-level fuel economy on cruise while giving earlier boost onset from 1 700 rpm.
