Boa pergunta! O ISN (Individual sеriаl Number) é um dado essencial para criar a EEPROM corretamente — sem ele, o CAS não vai sincronizar com a DME/DDE e o carro não liga.

Como obter o ISN?

O ISN precisa ser lido diretamente do processador da DME (ou DDE/EGS), não do CAS. Existem duas formas principais:

1. Leitura por bancada (BDM / Boot / JTAG)
Você lê o flash/EEPROM da DME com um programador compatível e extrai o ISN de lá.

Ferramentas que fazem isso:
  • VVDI Prog — lê ISN de várias DMEs BMW (MSV70, MSV80, MSD80, MSD81, MEVD17, etc.)
  • Xprog-M / Xprog-Box
  • Orange5
  • R270+ (mais limitado, mas funciona para alguns modelos)

2. Leitura via OBD (sem abrir a DME)
Algumas ferramentas conseguem ler o ISN pela porta OBD, dependendo da versão da DME:
  • VVDI2 + VVDI Prog — tem função de leitura de ISN via OBD para várias DMEs
  • Yanhua ACDP — lê ISN via OBD em muitos modelos (MSV70, MSV80, MSD80, MSD81, MSD85, N20/N55, etc.)
  • CGDI BMW — também suporta leitura de ISN via OBD

E se a DME também estiver perdida/danificada?

Se você não tem acesso à DME original para ler o ISN, a alternativa é:
  • Criar a EEPROM com um ISN novo/virgem (o software permite isso)
  • Depois, gravar esse mesmo ISN na DME para sincronizar os dois módulos
Isso exige que você também consiga escrever na DME, o que é mais avançado.

Resumo do fluxo completo

  1. Ler o ISN da DME/DDE (por bancada ou OBD)
  2. Inserir o VIN + ISN + frequência da chave no CAS Eeprom Creator
  3. Gerar a EEPROM e gravar no CAS com programador (VVDI Prog, Xprog, etc.)
  4. Copiar a FA do LM/FRM para o CAS
  5. Programar chave nova ou transferir KEY INFO da chave original
