Quick intro
Utility opens BMW E/F-Series KOMBI (instrument cluster) BIN dumps, shows stored mileage in km/mi, VIN and short VIN, and lets you save an updated file or perform a one-click “Virginize” for module replacement. It’s a portable single EXE with a simple GUI—no install required.

Compatibility notes
Coverage targets BMW E-Series and F-Series KOMBI instrument clusters where odometer/VIN are stored in the dump. Exact ECU/EEPROM variants and file formats can vary by year/cluster; verify on a backup first.

Basic usage

• Make a verified backup of the original BIN dump.
• Open the BIN in the app to view parsed mileage/VIN fields.
• Optionally adjust fields, then Save File to write a new BIN, or use Virginize to clear personalization before coding on the vehicle.
• Program/codify the unit with OEM tools as required by the platform.
