ELockr is a legacy Windows utility designed for offline inspection of ECU files.
It loads a file and displays status indicators related to protection flags such as TPROT and OBD lock, helping you document the file state before any service work.

This is an offline file utility and does not diagnose a vehicle by itself.
Actual results depend on the ECU family, file type, and how the file was read.
The ECU Coverage section inside the tool is the reference for what it recognizes.
Availability varies by ECU and software version.

Basic usage

• Create a backup copy of the original ECU file and keep it unchanged
• Open the tool and click Load File to select the ECU file for review
• Check the displayed status fields and read the Summary output
• If you archive results, save a copy of the output for documentation
• Before any writing operation, ensure your professional tool handles checksum correctly and follow the relevant service procedure
