HotStartR is a lightweight Windows utility for offline review and adjustment of hot-start related calibration areas in supported ECU files.
It is commonly used to test for hot-start map issues, adjust start fuel amount values, and export an updated file for controlled evaluation.

Basic usage
  • Create a backup of the original file and work on a copy only
  • Open HotStartR and load the ECU file
  • Select the correct vehicle make and ECU profile
  • Run the hot-start test, review the Summary, and adjust start fuel amount if required
  • Save the output file with a clear name for traceability
