Komatsu Time v1.2 is a specialized software from Codecard.lt designed to help technicians exchange damaged instrument clusters and manage the operating hours ("moto hours") for Komatsu industrial equipment. The software works by reading and writing to an EEPROM file that has been extracted from the dashboard.
Primary Functions
• Instrument Cluster Adaptation: The main purpose of the software is to adapt a new or used instrument cluster to a machine. This is done by modifying the EEPROM data of the replacement cluster.
• Hour Meter Management: Allows the user to view and change the "moto hours" stored in the EEPROM file.
• Automatic Dashboard Detection: The software has an autodetect function; when you load an EEPROM file, it automatically identifies the dashboard type.
Supported Dashboards / Modules
The software displays photos of each supported dashboard and its circuit board to help with identification. The supported types include:
• S530
• PC200-7 PC300-7
• S-29190
• 24s25
• Iqan-mdm(25640)
Simple Workflow
Open the Komatsu dashboard and read the EEPROM memory using a programmer (like CarProg).
Load the EEPROM file into the Komatsu Time software using the "Open eeprom" button.
The software will auto-detect the cluster type and show the current hours.
Enter the desired hours in the "Hours" field and click the "Save eeprom" button.
Write the newly saved file to the replacement dashboard's EEPROM to adapt it to the machine.
System Compatibility
This software has been fully tested and is confirmed to be working perfectly on Windows 10 LTSC (2019).
