KTflash is a bench-mode ECU/TCU programming application from the ECUHELP team. It’s designed to operate through common J2534 hardware and enables reading, writing and selected service tasks on supported engine and transmission controllers without opening the unit.

Basic usage
- Install the preconfigured build and connect a compatible J2534 interface (e.g., Scanmatik) on bench harness power
- Select the target family/protocol, verify ECU identification and save a full backup
- Perform read/write or clone procedures following on-screen prompts
- Validate checksums where required and cycle power; keep a verified original file for rollback
- Document changes and test the unit on vehicle after bench programming
