Overview
Kubota’s dealer diagnostic package for agricultural and construction equipment.
Includes Diagmaster (DM) and K-Diag Flow guided service content; designed for use
with the DENSO DST-i VCI.
Included in this package
• Diagmaster application v4.20 (Setup_Diagmaster_Ver420.exe)
• Kubota DB/Release packages (e.g., ReleaseNote_DB_for_Kubota_With_03_05…, DM_001–DM_006)
• K-Diag Flow language MSIs (012–110 series; ENG/FRE/GER/ITA/JPN/SPA)
• DST-i interface driver/utility (DSTi_Interface_V201.exe)
• Firmware/utility PDFs in EN/FR/DE/IT/ES
Key functions
• Read/clear DTCs, freeze frame, and event history
• Live data (charts, logging, snapshot/save)
• Actuations and functional tests (component output tests)
• Service resets, adaptations/initializations (model-dependent)
• Guided troubleshooting via K-Diag Flow (step-by-step)
• ECU programming/parameterization when permitted by OEM subscription
Supported hardware
• DENSO DST-i (recommended/official)
• Limited support with some J2534 pass-thru devices for CAN/UDS (not guaranteed)
Vehicle coverage
• Kubota agricultural tractors, RTVs, engines, and construction equipment using CAN/UDS
across ~2011–present (coverage depends on installed DB and region).
Operating system
• Windows 7/8/10 (32/64-bit). Administrator rights required.
Languages
• English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Spanish (per installed K-Diag Flow MSI).
Installation (clean PC recommended)
1) Install Setup_Diagmaster_Ver420.exe.
2) Install DSTi_Interface_V201.exe (drivers & utility for DENSO DST-i).
3) Install Kubota DB packages (DM_00x and ReleaseNote_DB… where applicable).
4) Install one or more Setup_K_Diag_Flow_xxx_[lang]_[ver].msi language packs.
5) Connect the DST-i via USB; update DST-i firmware if prompted (DST-i Software Update Wizard).
6) Launch Diagmaster → Setup → select DST-i as the interface → confirm connection.
Licensing note
Diagmaster and some functions (e.g., programming) require a valid Kubota dealer
account/license. Without credentials, operation may be limited to demo or read-only.
Use according to your regional regulations and OEM terms.
Troubleshooting
• If DST-i is not detected: update driver, try a different USB port, and disable USB power save.
• “No ECU response”: verify model selection/DB version, ignition ON, and correct CAN adapter.
• K-Diag Flow missing content: install the matching language MSI for your region/version.
• Windows 10: run DM as Administrator and allow the app through security prompts.

• USB 2.0 port, stable 12 V supply on vehicle
• Internet only required for OEM account services/updates
