Navistar service information USB overview
The Navistar OnCommand Service Information USB (OCSI USB) R8 snapshot is an offline reference library for International and Navistar vehicles.
It provides local access to truck, bus and engine service manuals, wiring diagrams, tool instructions and related documents without needing a constant internet connection.

Basic usage
- Determine whether the target PC is running a 32 bit or 64 bit edition of Windows and log on with an account that has administrator rights
- From the USB root, run the matching USB On-Command Project_R8_32bit_Install.cmd or USB On-Command Project_R8_64bit_Install.cmd script and confirm any security prompts
- Launch the OnCommand Service Information application from the desktop icon or Start menu and open the Support page
- Set the document location to the USB drive or to the local drive letter if you have copied the library using _CopyLibraryToPC.bat
- Choose the desired filters such as document type and model series and use View All or View Selected to list relevant manuals then open the required PDF

- Windows 8.1 32 bit and 64 bit
- Windows 10 32 bit and 64 bit
- Operation on newer Windows 11 64 bit systems may be possible using appropriate compatibility settings and Internet Explorer components

- CPU: Dual core 2.0 GHz processor or faster
- RAM: 4 GB system memory or more recommended for large PDF manuals
- Storage: At least 20 GB free disk space including about 14 GB for the copied OCSI library
- Display: 1366 x 768 screen resolution or higher
- Software: Microsoft .NET Framework, SQL LocalDB, Internet Explorer components and Arbortext IsoView as prompted by the installer
- Other: USB port for the original media and local administrator rights for installation and updates
