Real Sirius 32 Immo Cleaner v1.0a is a specialized, easy-to-use utility designed for one specific task: permanently disabling the factory immobilizer system ("immo off") in Siemens Sirius 32 engine control units. These ECUs are commonly found in older Renault and Dacia vehicles.

The user interface of Real Sirius 32 Immo Cleaner v1.0a, a tool for disabling the immobilizer on Renault and Dacia ECUs, showing the 6-step procedure.

What Problem Does This Solve?

When replacing a faulty ECU with a used unit, performing an engine swap, or in case of a lost key scenario on an older vehicle, the factory immobilizer can prevent the engine from starting. This tool provides a straightforward software and hardware solution to bypass the immobilizer, allowing the engine to run with the donor ECU.

Key Features
  • Simple Interface: A clean, no-nonsense interface with clear buttons and instructions.
  • Automatic IMMO Patching: Automatically processes the firmware file to remove the immobilizer data.
  • File Size Verification: The tool checks that the loaded file is the correct size (256k) to prevent errors.
  • Includes Hardware Instructions: The software provides the critical, final hardware modification step required for the process to succeed.

The 6-Step "Immo Off" Procedure

The process involves both software and hardware steps, which are clearly listed in the tool itself:
  1. Read Flash: First, you must read the full 29F200 flash memory from your Sirius 32 ECU using a compatible programmer and save it as a `.bin` file.
  2. Open File: Launch the Immo Cleaner software and open the 256kb `.bin` file you just read.
  3. Clear IMMO: Press the "Clear IMMO" button. The software will process the file and remove the immobilizer data.
  4. Save File: Save the newly modified, "immo off" file to your computer.
  5. Write it back to flash: Using your programmer, write this new file back to the ECU's 29F200 flash memory.
  6. CRITICAL HARDWARE STEP: Before installing the ECU back into the vehicle, you must either cut pin 58 on the ECU plug or desolder resistor R333 (33k) located on the ECU's circuit board. The "View Image" button in the software can help with location.

System Requirements & Testing
  • Operating System: This software is Windows-based and has been tested on Windows 10 LTSC 2019.
  • Required Hardware: An EEPROM/Flash programmer capable of reading and writing 29F200 memory chips is required.
