Volvo IS Files Tools is a lightweight utility pack for viewing and editing IS records, converting TMP files to XML and back, and maintaining dealer or client IDs. Fully portable build and works offline.

Compatibility notes
Designed for Windows desktop environments. Administrative rights may be required to read or write files inside protected folders.

Basic usage

• Unpack the folder to a short path such as C:\Tools\VolvoIS
• Run ISFiles EnDecryptor to convert TMP → XML when needed and provide Dealer & Client ID
• Open the XML in Volvo ISEditor or XMLEditor to review and update fields
• Save your changes and convert XML → TMP if your workflow requires the original format
• Keep backups of original files before editing
