BCM EEPROM utility for VW Passat

This package provides a small Windows tool for working with BCM / CCM dumps from VW Passat B6, Passat B7 and Passat CC based on the PQ46/PQ47 platform.
The application is designed to analyse 95320 EEPROM files from the comfort control module, calculate CS related data and help technicians during BCM replacement or cloning jobs.

Main functions
  • Open 95320 EEPROM dumps from Passat B6, B7 and CC BCM / CCM units for data viewing
  • Enter known CS bytes and calculate XOR keys so that remaining CS information in the dump can be decoded
  • Display immobiliser related data such as VIN, Immo ID, PIN, power class, immo status and manufacturer fields
  • Show learned key positions with ID48/ID46 transponder data for service situations like module replacement
  • Clone a CCM by loading old and new dumps and preparing a modified file for writing back to the replacement unit
  • Export updated dumps or basic immo data to file for documentation and safe storage

Compatibility notes
The tool is intended for VW Passat B6, Passat B7 and Passat CC vehicles that use a PQ46/PQ47 comfort control module with 95320 serial EEPROM.
It operates on EEPROM dump files only and must be used together with an external programmer that can read and write 95320 devices in circuit or on adapter.
Vehicle coverage and available data fields can vary by model year, BCM hardware and software version, so availability may vary by vehicle and firmware.
Use the application strictly in accordance with local laws and only for legitimate workshop operations such as BCM replacement, diagnostics and authorised key services.

Basic usage
  • Read the 95320 EEPROM from the original BCM / CCM with a suitable programmer and save the dump as a .bin file
  • Start PQ46-47 KSG TOOL 0.41 on a Windows PC and open the saved dump using the open CCM Dump button
  • If required, enter the known CS bytes in the CS Bytes field and use the decrypt function to decode additional data in the file
  • Review VIN, Immo ID, PIN, CS bytes, MAC data and learned keys shown in the Immo Data and Keys sections
  • When replacing a module, use the Clone CCM function to load both old and new dumps, then save the prepared file and program it back to the replacement unit with your EEPROM programmer

  • Other: External EEPROM programmer for reading and writing 95320 chips, local administrator rights for installation
