v14.0.2 – WABCO TOOLBOX PLUS diagnostics update with OnGuardMAX & OnLaneALERT

WABCO TOOLBOX PLUS updated from 13.7.0.1 to 14.0.2

Heavy-duty brake and safety diagnostics package has been refreshed to WABCO TOOLBOX PLUS 14.0.2.
This release keeps full support for pneumatic / hydraulic ABS, EBS, ECAS and collision mitigation systems on SAE J1939 / J1708 vehicles, but adds new functions for the latest WABCO platforms.

Changes vs 13.7.0.1
  • 14.0.2– latest maintenance build
    • mBSP: extra parameter addresses added to improve saving and restoring configurations.
    • mBSP AMP: additional valid replacement part numbers (incl. new R2101 references).
    • EBS: ESC line description/handling refined for stability control applications.
    • iABS: axle load monitoring logic updated; better support for trailer pull, brake pad wear and lifted axle combinations plus improved VIN handling.
    • OnLane: TOOLBOX now auto-detects whether OnLane1 or OnLane2 hardware is fitted and launches the correct diagnostic module.
    • Registration component refreshed for smoother activation and security.
  • 14.0 (Dec 2023)
    • New diagnostics for OnLaneALERT (SRR) side radar lane warning systems.
    • New diagnostics for OnGuardMAX collision mitigation modules.
    • AMP for mBSP: more allowable replacement part numbers added for easier ECU swapping.
  • 13.8 / 13.8.4 (2023)
    • EPHS (Electric Power Hydraulic Steering) – dedicated diagnostic module introduced.
    • OnGuard + OnLane – extended supported part numbers to cover additional hardware variants.
    • Trailer RSS – extra GIO options including AutoTail / Safe Start + Auto Lift Axle combinations.
    • Security settings tightened in 13.8.4 for safer workshop installations.

General notes
  • WABCO TOOLBOX PLUS 14.0.2 remains a PC diagnostic suite for WABCO ABS, EBS, ECAS, HPB and safety systems on trucks, buses and trailers using RP1210 adapters.
  • Existing projects and configurations from 13.7.0.1 can be used after updating, but it is recommended to back up vehicle parameter files before installation.
  • Use only with a valid WABCO / Meritor license and according to the OEM terms of use.
