What is it?
wiTECH is the official service environment used across Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram (Mopar) for diagnostics,
guided troubleshooting and control-unit programming. This package contains the classic wiTECH System
installer (Diagnostic Application + local Server).
What you can do
• Auto-scan vehicle and read/clear DTCs across all modules
• Live data streams with graphing and recording
• Actuator/bi-directional tests and routine procedures
• Network topology view with quick access to each ECU
• ECU flashing/programming workflows (requires valid online access/subscription)
• Service information links, reports and printouts
Supported interfaces
• microPOD II (Mopar)
• Many J2534 Pass-Thru devices (for diagnostics; programming requires official access)
• Standard OBD-II connection; stable internet recommended for online functions
Install — quick steps
Tips
• Keep your interface firmware and PC time/date correct—TLS and programming sessions depend on it.
• Disable aggressive antivirus “sandbox” for the install folder if you see blocked services.
• Save Health Reports before and after work for clean documentation.
Compatibility
• Works on Windows 7/8/8.1/10/11 (x64 recommended).
• Verified by us on Windows 10 LTSC 2019.
• Minimal PC: Dual-core CPU, 4 GB RAM, 2 GB free disk, USB 2.0/3.0, internet for online features.
Important
ECU flashing and security-related procedures require proper authorization and an active Mopar
subscription. Use only with vehicles you are licensed to service.
