For Audi radios with sеriаl numbers starting with AUZ like yours (AUZ2Z3D...), you generally have two main options to retrieve the code:

• Dealership / ODIS: The official route is visiting an Audi dealer. They connect via ODIS online to the SVM server to retrieve the code using the radio sеriаl and vehicle VIN.
• Read EEPROM/MCU: If you have the required hardware (programmer), you need to open the radio unit and read the specific EEPROM or MCU chip containing the security data (e.g., 24c16, 24c32, or a Motorola MCU depending on the exact radio manufacturer and model).

If you have the tools to read the chip, zip the dump file and attach it here. Someone might be able to calculate the code for you from the dump.
