The 403 - THIS ACTION IS UNAUTHORIZED error means you're not logged in (or your session expired) when you click "Get the Download link."

Regarding your F36 (4-Series Gran Coupé, 2016) — yes, it's an F-Series cluster, so it is supported by this tool. You'll need to read the EEPROM from the instrument cluster with a programmer (XPROG, VVDI Prog, UPA, etc.) and then open the dump in the software.

If it's the software — what exactly happens when you open it? Any error message, crash, blank screen?
Which version are you running — v1.0 or v1.1?
What is your Windows version? (Win 10, Win 11, 32-bit or 64-bit?)
Did you try running it as Administrator?
What cluster part number do you have, and which programmer did you use to read the EEPROM?

Without knowing where exactly it fails, it's hard to point you in the right direction. A screenshot of the error would also help.

Amit tehetsz:

Várj 24 órát és próbáld újra holnap — a limit naponta resetelődik.
Nézd meg a "Limits overview" gombot az oldalon (a screenshoton is látszik alul) — ott pontosan láthatod, mikor szabadul fel újra a letöltés.
Ha friss a fiókod, lehet hogy új felhasználóknak alacsonyabb a napi limit — néhány hozzászólás/aktivitás után általában nő.

Szóval nem rossz úton jársz, csak a napi keret fogyott el. Holnap újra menni fog.

Ha 3 napja folyamatosan 403-at kapsz, az nem limit probléma — valami más van a háttérben.

Próbáld meg ezeket:

Teljesen más böngészőből próbáld (ha Chrome-ot használtál, próbáld Firefox-szal vagy fordítva)
Inkognitó/privát ablakban nyisd meg az oldalt, ott jelentkezz be, és onnan próbáld a letöltést
