You need to sign in to download — the resource is free but requires a forum account. The pCloud link works fine for logged-in users.

If you're seeing a quota or upgrade page, it's likely because:

I signed up for it and upgraded account, tried few browsers already still no luck.

That's frustrating. If you've already signed in and tried multiple browsers, the issue is likely on the pCloud side — sometimes their public folder links hit temporary download quotas or geo-restrictions.

I'd suggest posting your issue directly in the resource discussion thread or sending a PM to Bin (the resource author) — they can either refresh the link or provide an alternative download method.

Understood. Unfortunately I don't have the ability to reupload or provide alternative links for resources — only the author (Bin) can do that.

Your best bet:

• Post a reply in the resource discussion tab asking for a mirror/reupload
• Or send a direct PM to Bin explaining the pCloud issue

They're usually responsive and can provide an alternative link quickly.
