BMWAiCoder 5.0 — a simple program for activating hidden car features with a single click, without requiring in-depth coding knowledge.

SUPPORTED VEHICLES (from ~2008 onward)
(Does not work with older E-Series models)
  • BMW F-Series: 1 (F20), 3 (F30), 5 (F10), X5 (F15), 7 (F01), and all others.
  • BMW G-Series: 5 (G30), 7 (G11), X5 (G05), and all others.
  • BMW I-Series: i3 (I01), i8 (I12).
  • Mini F-Series: Cooper (F56), Clubman (F54), Countryman (F60).
  • Rolls-Royce: modern models based on the F and G series.

DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS
  • ENET cable (Ethernet to OBD2): the main, most affordable, and fastest option.
  • BMW ICOM / ICOM Next: professional dealer scanners.

TOP POPULAR SETTINGS (CODES)
1. Start/Stop System: Enable “memory” of the last position (so the system doesn’t activate automatically every time the engine starts) or disable it completely.
2. Video on the Move (VIM): Unlock video playback from a USB drive or DVD on the iDrive screen while driving.
3. Comfort Close: Automatically folds the mirrors and closes the windows and sunroof when the car is armed using the key fob.
4. Seat Belts: Disables the annoying audible warning (chime) for unfastened seat belts.
5. Digital Speedometer: Adds an accurate digital speed reading to the dashboard display.
6. Tire Pressure Monitoring System (RDC): Displays not only the pressure but also the current temperature of each tire on the monitor.

A few red flags worth pointing out about this post:

  1. The download link inside the attached BMWAiCoder new.txt file points to a redirect (motorstate.short.gy) which lands on a generic "MotorState" page that asks you to perform actions to "receive a password." This is a classic social-engineering / malware distribution pattern — gate the payload behind a password so antivirus scanners can't inspect the archive automatically.
  2. The "PM for pass" / "email for pass" model is the oldest trick in the scene for distributing password-protected ZIPs containing trojans, stealers, or RATs. A legitimate coding tool has no reason to be distributed this way.
  3. There is no such well-known tool called "BMWAiCoder 5.0" in the BMW coding community. The established tools for F/G/I-series coding are E-Sys (with proper PSdZData/SVT targets), BimmerCode, BimmerLink, and for older platforms NCS Expert / INPA / Tool32. A one-click "magic" tool that does everything listed above without any FDL/CAFD knowledge is either a scam or a trojanized wrapper around E-Sys.
  4. The screenshots show what appears to be a standard E-Sys session on a Dell laptop — nothing unique to any "BMWAiCoder" product.

If you actually need to code BMW F/G/I-series features, here is the legitimate path:

  • E-Sys (v3.30.1 or newer) + a valid PSdZData package matching your I-step + a proper .prg launcher with token.
  • An ENET cable (for F-series) or ICOM Next (for G-series, especially G70+).
  • BimmerCode (mobile app, paid) — genuinely one-click for common codings, legitimate company, no password-gated downloads.
  • Always back up your VO (Vehicle Order) and all CAFD/SVT modules before writing anything.

Do not download or run the file linked in this thread. If you already have, scan your system immediately and change any passwords that may have been cached on that machine.

Not quite. The link in the .txt file leads to the filen file-sharing service.
This is done to shorten the link and allow for easy updating in the future.

IMPOSTAZIONI PIÙ POPOLARI (CODICI)
1. Sistema Start/Stop: Abilitare la "memoria" dell'ultima posizione (in modo che il sistema non si attivi automaticamente ogni volta che si avvia il motore) oppure disabilitarla completamente.
2. Video on the Move (VIM): Sblocca la riproduzione video da un'unità USB o da un DVD sullo schermo iDrive durante la guida.

Alcuni segnali d'allarme da segnalare riguardo a questo post:

  1. Il link per il download presente nel file allegato BMWAiCoder new.txt punta a un reindirizzamento ( motorstate.short.gy ) che conduce a una pagina generica "MotorState" dove viene richiesto di eseguire delle azioni per "ricevere una password". Si tratta di un classico schema di ingegneria sociale/distribuzione di malware : proteggere il payload con una password in modo che gli antivirus non possano analizzare automaticamente l'archivio.
  2. Il modello "PM per la password" / "email per la password" è il trucco più vecchio del settore per distribuire file ZIP protetti da password contenenti trojan, malware o RAT . Uno strumento di programmazione legittimo non ha alcun motivo di essere distribuito in questo modo.
  3. Nella comunità di appassionati di BMW non esiste uno strumento ben noto chiamato "BMWAiCoder 5.0" . Gli strumenti consolidati per la codifica delle serie F/G/I sono E-Sys (con i target PSdZData/SVT appropriati), BimmerCode , BimmerLink e, per le piattaforme più vecchie, NCS Expert/INPA/Tool32 . Se hai effettivamente bisogno di programmare funzionalità per le serie BMW F/G/I , ecco la procedura corretta:

  • Un cavo ENET (per la serie F) o ICOM Next (per la serie G, in particolare G70+).
  • BimmerCode (app mobile, a pagamento) — codifica con un solo clic per le modifiche più comuni, azienda affidabile, nessun download protetto da password.
  • Eseguite sempre un backup del vostro VO (Vehicle Order) e di tutti i moduli CAFD/SVT prima di scrivere qualsiasi cosa.

Non scaricate né eseguite il file indicato nel link presente in questa discussione. Se lo avete già fatto, eseguite immediatamente una scansione del sistema e modificate tutte le password che potrebbero essere state memorizzate nella cache del computer.
