excellent , thankyou very much

You are welcome! Glad you found it useful.

Just a heads up regarding Cat ET 2019C: make sure your Comm Adapter 3 (CA3) firmware is up to date. This version can be a little picky with older drivers, especially on Windows 10.

If you run into connection issues where it can't find the ECM, double-check your adapter settings here:

Code:
Utilities -> Preferences -> Modify -> Communications

Let us know if the installation goes smoothly!

installed no problem , thanks again

Great news! Thanks for the update.

Since it's a fresh install, I'd suggest running a Product Status Report (PSR) on the first machine you connect to. It's a good way to double-check that the reporting function is generating PDFs correctly, as sometimes the PDF printer settings can be a bit finicky on new setups.

Happy diagnosing!
