You misunderstood me, what you downloaded is the certificate valid until 2045, while the one in the Resources is a different one valid until 2035—and you haven’t downloaded it yet.

This thread is specifically for the certificate files used to fix expiration issues on existing installations.

The full offline Caterpillar SIS program is a massive suite (spanning multiple DVDs or over 100GB of data). You will need to search the main Diagnostic Software forum section for full installation setups, as they are not provided here.

I understand it can be difficult to locate sometimes due to the sheer size of the software.

However, as mentioned before, this specific thread is dedicated solely to the small certificate fix file. Posting links to full, multi-hundred gigabyte software suites here would derail the topic.

You need to navigate back out to the main Diagnostic Software forum section.

Try searching there using terms like:
  • Caterpillar SIS Full
  • CAT SIS [YEAR] (e.g., CAT SIS 2023)
  • SIS tоrrеnt

Look for threads that have many pages of replies, as those are usually the active full downloads. You will likely need a tоrrеnt client or patience for many direct download parts, as the full offline database exceeds 150GB.
