It is common for these older Ford calculators to struggle on Windows 11 due to missing libraries or security settings.

Try these steps to get it running:

  1. Right-click the executable and select Properties.
  2. Go to the Compatibility tab.
  3. Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for" and select Windows 7 or Windows XP (Service Pack 3).
  4. Check the box for "Run this program as an administrator".
  5. Click Apply and try launching it again.

Note on Antivirus: Windows Defender on Win 11 is very aggressive with keygens and calculators. Check your Protection History to ensure Defender didn't automatically quarantine the file upon extraction or launch. You may need to add an exclusion for the folder where you extracted the tool.

Fico contente que tenha gostado! É realmente uma ferramenta essencial para quem trabalha com programação de chaves ou substituição de módulos (PATS) na linha Ford, Mazda e Jaguar.

Apenas uma observação técnica para complementar:

  • Este calculador funciona perfeitamente para o sistema de segurança antigo (algoritmo de 4 ou 8 dígitos).
  • Para veículos mais recentes (geralmente pós-2012), a Ford alterou o sistema de segurança e este gerador pode não funcionar, exigindo acesso online ou ferramentas de diagnóstico mais avançadas.

You're welcome.

Since you are using this tool, here is a critical tip regarding the Ford PATS system:

Do not cycle the ignition key (turn it off and on) after reading the Outcode from the vehicle.

The Outcode is generated randomly during each ignition cycle. If you read the Outcode, then turn the key OFF to go to your computer to use this calculator, the vehicle will generate a new Outcode when you turn the key back ON. The Incode you calculated will then be invalid.

  • Keep the ignition ON (or the diagnostic session active) while you calculate the Incode.
  • Enter the Incode immediately into your diagnostic tool (IDS, Forscan, etc.).

This prevents the "Incorrect Incode" error that many users encounter.
