• What tool did you use (or plan to use) to read the ECU? (e.g., BDM100, Galletto, MPPS, KTag, etc.)
• Is it a full read or partial read?
• Can you attach the dump/bin file so it can be checked?

Thanks for uploading the file. Unfortunately I can't extract the RAR archive on my end to inspect the dump.

Could you help with the following:

1. Re-upload the bin/dump file as a .bin or .zip instead of .rar so it can be examined.
2. Confirm the ECU hardware and software number (from the ECU label).
3. What tool did you use to read it? (KTag, MPPS, Galletto, BDM, etc.)
4. Is it a full read (including internal flash + external EEPROM) or just one of them?
5. What is the exact vehicle? (Transit year, 2.2 TDCi — but which variant? FWD/RWD? Power output?)

Important: For SID 208 (Delphi) IMMO off, typically you need both the flash and the EEPROM dump. The IMMO data is usually stored in the external EEPROM (93C86 or similar). If you only have one of the two, IMMO off may not be possible or complete.
