That error code 0xc000012f is a "Bad Image" error. It usually happens when the software tries to load a DLL that is either corrupt or missing from your Windows installation.

Since TunerPad is likely built using a framework that relies on specific runtimes, you almost certainly need to update your Visual C++ Redistributables.

Try these steps:

  1. Download and install the Visual C++ Redistributable 2015-2022. Make sure to install both the x86 and x64 versions, even if you are on a 64-bit system.
  2. If that doesn't work, your antivirus might have quarantined a DLL file during extraction. Disable Windows Defender/AV temporarily, re-download the archive, and extract it again.
  3. Run the executable as Administrator.

Let us know if installing the runtimes fixes it.

As mentioned earlier in the thread, the password is sent to your Private Messages (DM) automatically right after you register.

Check your inbox, it should be there.

Check your Private Messages (the envelope icon at the top right of the screen).

The system sends the password automatically to every new user immediately after registration. If you don't see it there, check the email address you used to sign up.

Hello. You don't need to post your ID in this thread.

Activation for TunerPad is automated. Usually, there is a button inside the software itself on the liсеnsе screen that you need to click. It will open the activation page in your browser where the code is generated automatically for your HWID.

If you are having trouble, re-read the first post of this thread for the exact activation steps.

HI It's not working. I've tried with several browsers, but the code isn't being sent to my email address.

This happens sometimes with automated activation emails.

  • First, check your Spam or Junk folder carefully.
  • If you are using an email provider like Hotmail, Outlook, or Yahoo, they sometimes completely block these types of automated messages before they even reach your spam folder.

If it's not in your spam folder after waiting a few minutes, you will need to send a Private Message directly to the administrator (usually the thread starter) with your HWID so they can check the server logs or manually generate a code for you. We cannot help with liсеnsе issues in the public thread.
