Here are some tips to help you stay safe and avoid common risks:

## 1. Use a strong password
- At least 10 characters
- Use a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
- Avoid using your email name or forum username in your password

## 2. Enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
- Go to **Account → Security**
- Link to an authentication app like Google Authenticator or Authy
- This helps protect your account even if your password is leaked

## 3. Beware of phishing & fake profiles
- **Never** send payment to users who DM you first with "cheap tuning" offers
- Always check if the seller is **verified**
- If in doubt, contact the staff before any transaction

## 4. Trade securely
- Use trusted sellers listed in the ECU Shop
- Avoid off-platform payments via Telegram/WhatsApp unless you trust the seller
- Never send “friends & family” PayPal payments to strangers

## 5. Protect your files
- Add watermarks or password-protect your ZIPs if you sell files
- Do not upload raw WinOLS projects unless you’re sure of the buyer
- If sharing for free, mark it clearly in the title and description

If you notice:
- Fake sellers

- Hacked accounts
