This initial build delivers a complete off-road Stage 2 calibration for the M57N2-powered BMW 530D E60/E61.
It removes the diesel particulate-filter system and clears all related DTCs, allowing safe operation after hardware deletion.
Key torque, boost and smoke limiters are raised, while injection timing and quantity maps are optimised for faster turbo response and a cleaner burn under full load.
Swirl-flap actuation is disabled and EGR flow reduced, improving long-term reliability.
The file includes full checksum correction and is packaged in the standard 2 097 152-byte format for direct OBD/bench flashing via CMD Flash. No additional patching is required.
