    How to Unlock e38 GM tuner locked ecu with topdon j2534

    How to/ what can I use Unlock GM e38 ecu that is tuner locked with a topdon j2534 using windows laptop in car (no bench harness). My existing hardware is not compatible with obd sync and hp tuners.
