Audi a4 1.8t b6 stage 2 / Hard rev cut. Can pay

So, i did buy some tune for my audi, but it definately is not stage 2. Max boost is 1 bar. Other problem is, i have try to get working Hard rev cut / machine gun sound rev limiter, with no hope and lost money 2 times allready. I do have my Bin file. So i need boost be lifted and As aggressive hard rev cut as possible

this is the one i bought. I have no idea why they did disable Egr, because i dont even have egr.

This file should be modified for more boost and aggressive hard rev cut. Car is stock, except exhaust is full 2.5" with no silencers.

well i did.. and top of that, 2x Hard rev cuts that didnt work at all.

So absolutely no one has skills to make a proper working Hard rev cut ? not even big companies or people on the forums ? So far bought 3, none works, same with antilag/pops&bangs/launch control.. nothing works.
