1. Descarga el archivo desde la página del recurso e ingresa la contraseña del ZIP: binunlock.com
2. Extrae todo el contenido en una carpeta (evita rutas con caracteres especiales o espacios).
3. Antes de instalar Calterm, asegúrate de tener instalado el driver RP1210 de tu adaptador (Nexiq, DPA, Inline, VCX, etc.). El driver debe quedar registrado en el sistema para que Calterm lo detecte.

1. Is Calterm actually installed to c:\Software\Calterm4\? If you installed it to a different path (e.g., Program Files), the loader won't work. Either reinstall Calterm to that exact path, or move the 3 files to wherever Calterm.exe actually lives.
   
2. Confirm all 3 files are present in the same directory as Calterm.exe — especially fnp_ld.dll and cc.sn. The DLL is the liсеnsе bураss and cc.sn is the sеriаl/liсеnsе file. If either is missing or blocked by antivirus, you'll get "Invalid application."
