That error is exactly what the tool shows when the pasted text isn't a complete license block — and the screenshot confirms it: the LICENSE box only contains a fragment of the signature (FYYAvHL5H1qv42HEAa0xwA3qNeqHsU6YxJOIy4wd8o2sfhy/Ast+xRDdmESTWyDYmNTi6Gw4eoq0F...), with no PRODUCT= / CUSTOMER= / HWID= / EXPIRES_UTC= / KEY_ID= / SIGNATURE= lines above it.

The HWID in your window (3BF5161C36987C1D11DD22A7E2738FAE) does match the key that was issued, so the key itself is fine — it's just a copy/paste problem.

What to do:

  • Copy from my original post, not from a quote block — quoted text gets truncated in the preview, which is how you ended up with only the middle of the signature.
  • Select the whole block starting at PRODUCT=MDG1OBD and ending at the last character of the signature, including every line break.
  • Clear the LICENSE field completely before pasting, then hit ВСТАВИТЬ / paste and check that the first visible line is PRODUCT=MDG1OBD.
  • Don't let a text editor wrap or reformat the signature — it must stay on its own single line.

Easiest check: after pasting, scroll the field to the top. If you can see all six lines, press АКТИВИРОВАТЬ. If it still refuses with the full block in place, post a new screenshot showing the top of the LICENSE field and I'll look again.

I received your BMW license request, but this account does not currently have the Stage membership required for delivery.

Current usage: 0 registered personal HWIDs for BMW MDG1 OBD Tool, with an account allowance of 0.
This request: 1 new distinct HWID. Available slots before this request: 0.

BMW licenses require a Stage 1, Stage 2, or Stage 3 account upgrade that has not expired.

Activation limits are counted separately for each BMW product: Stage 1 allows activation on 1 computer per product, Stage 2 on 2 computers per product, and Stage 3 on 3 computers per product. The limit is not shared across the BMW category.
Stage 1/2 licenses remain valid until the corresponding Stage access ends. BinUnlock BMW licenses issued under Stage 3 are permanent.
