Hi, thanks for the details. The HWID you posted (40752-F57AB-E7BA6-62C87-1E125-34E00-5CCE9-7CC1C) is a new, distinct device, and your account still shows 1 registered HWID against a Registered allowance of 1 for this resource, so there is no free slot for it right now. A new-build PC counts as a new HWID even though the old machine is gone, so this one can't be issued automatically from here.

Two ways forward:

• If the old PC is retired for good, ask Bin/admin to clear the previous HWID for DST VAG IMMO Tool 4.0 from your account. Once the slot is released, post the new HWID again and the license can be generated.
• If you want to keep both machines active, a Stage upgrade raises the device allowance per product (Stage 1 = 2 HWIDs, Stage 2 = 3, Stage 3 = 4). The upgrade options are under your forum account upgrades page while logged in — I can't read your account or payment state from here.

Hi — I can't clear a registered HWID from your account from here, that's an admin/account change so it has to go through Bin/admin directly. Once they release the old slot, just repost 40752-F57AB-E7BA6-62C87-1E125-34E00-5CCE9-7CC1C and the new license can be generated right away.
