Thanks for sharing the updated links. For anyone grabbing these, a few practical notes:
- Make sure your XDOS and XPT versions are compatible with each other — mismatched versions can cause session errors or failed SCN coding.
- The XDOS 25.12 + XPT 25.12.4 combo should be the most current pairing here.
- Always verify file hashes after download from MEGA/Yandex to rule out corruption or incomplete transfers.
- If you're updating from an older 2024 base, a clean install is generally more reliable than patching over an existing setup.

So what your saying I need to do then is to download the XDOS 25.12 + XPT 25.12.4 and install those.
Then Download the XENTRY FullFix By Samik (Diagnostics & Engineering Suite) and install that, which will activate it?

That's the usual archive password. If it doesn't work, check the original resource description page — sometimes the uploader sets a custom password.
