Not able to execute Step 3 of installation as directory CONFIG /file BMW.rar are missing ???

**Step 3. Extract config data**
1. Go to: `C:\ISTA+4.57.30\config\`
2. Unpack `BMW.rar` to: `C:\ProgramData\`
