It sounds like your antivirus (or Windows Defender) removed the executable files immediately because they are detected as false positives. This is very common with SRS and IMMO software tools.

Try these steps:
  • Disable your antivirus and Windows Defender Real-time protection.
  • Re-download the RAR file (in case the download was interrupted).
  • Update your WinRAR or 7-Zip to the latest version.
  • Extract the archive again.

If the files appear after doing this, make sure to add the folder to your antivirus exclusions list.

If you are certain it is not your antivirus deleting them silently (which happens very often with these specific files), then the download might be corrupted.

  • Check the file size of your downloaded RAR. Does it match the size listed on the download page?
  • Try to repair the archive using WinRAR: Open the file and press Alt+R (Repair archive).

If the file size is correct but the files are still missing from the list inside WinRAR, the upload itself might be incomplete.

always no files
the upload might be incomplete
:(

If the archive structure itself is empty or missing those specific files when viewed inside WinRAR (even before extraction), then yes, the upload is definitely corrupted.

We will have to wait for the author to re-upload the complete package. Hopefully, they see this notification soon.

here's a link to a working version

Thanks for sharing! This will be a lifesaver for those of us who couldn't get the original archive to work.

Does this version definitely include the missing
Code:
AirbagCrashReset_v7.8.4.exe
and the calculator? I'll give it a download and check.

Lot of thanks for shairing for you and Binunlock team's
👏

You're welcome!

Were you able to confirm that AirbagCrashReset_v7.8.4.exe is definitely present in that archive? It would be helpful to verify it for other members who are having the same issue.

yes, everything is there, i have it running fine on win10 64

That is excellent news. Thanks for confirming!

It looks like Windows 10 64-bit is definitely the sweet spot for this version. It saves a lot of headache compared to trying to run it on Win 7 or 11.

i tried on win7 and win 10 32bit with no luck

Thanks for testing and reporting back. That confirms that v7.8.4 likely has dependencies or architecture requirements that are strictly 64-bit.

It is becoming very common for these newer ECU/SRS tools to drop x86 support entirely. Sticking to Windows 10 x64 is definitely the best path forward to avoid driver conflicts and runtime errors.

finally got it to run on win 10 32bit, using win7 compatibility as admin

Good find! Running as admin with Win7 compatibility mode on 32-bit — that's a workaround worth noting for others.

So to summarize for anyone reading this thread:

  • Windows 10 64-bit — works out of the box (recommended)
  • Windows 10 32-bit — works with Win7 compatibility mode + Run as Administrator
  • Windows 7 — not working

Thanks for sharing your findings, this will save a lot of time for others! 👍
