To perform legitimate module reprogramming (flashing updated calibration files) on a Dodge Ram via J2534, you must have a paid subscription to the OEM portal, which is TechAuthority for FCA/Stellantis vehicles. There is no legal "free" way to do OEM-level reprogramming.
The APNT utility discussed in this thread is not a reprogramming tool for flashing module updates. It is a small, specialized utility designed only for specific tasks like writing VINs or synchronizing the immobilizer after a module swap.
