CAT SIS (Service Information System) 2021 is the latest fully functional offline version of the Caterpillar database. All subsequent versions (CAT SIS Web) are web-only.

- RAM: 8 GB or more (16 GB recommended for 3D graphics).
- Storage: SSD only (the database will run very slowly on an HDD).
- Disk space: 300-350 GB of free space at the time of installation.
