For update soft you need:
Download the program - https://motorstate.short.gy/Diagzone
Install it on Android phone/tablet
Write login and pass

Choose on menu Update - go to the second tab (flip the screen with a finger) and download EOBDChoose User Info - Fix connector firmware/system - Firmware fix from the menu.
After that try to connect to the car via EOBD.
