Fake Car 1.1.0 is out. It’s free.
It’s a pretend BMW that sits on your PC. E-Sys finds it and works with it like a real car, so you can practise and record videos at your desk without a real car or a real VIN.
New in 1.1.0:
You need Windows 10 or 11 and E-Sys with your own PSdZData. No install: unzip, start FakeCar.exe, pick a car, press Start.

New in 1.1.0:
- Flash modules. E-Sys works out what’s out of date, and the module shows the new version after flashing.
- Write FA, FP and I-steps to the VCM. They stay written.
- FSC codes on the head unit and the instrument cluster.
- A new F30 340i with old cluster software, so you have something to flash.
- Cars come with the software E-Sys expects, so an up-to-date car has nothing to flash.
