Note: For motorsport/off-road use only. Ensure legal compliance with emissions laws before installation. DPF delete and HRC are not road-legal in most countries.
Extended Product Information#
- Multi-version ECU file for Ford Mondeo 2.2 TDCi on Bosch EDC16CP39
- Stage 1: Improved midrange torque and sharper throttle response
- Stage 2: DPF system disabled, fuel and torque maps recalibrated
- Stage 2 + HRC: Adds hard rev cut limiter at 4500 rpm for track use
- All safety limits respected; turbo protection retained
- Checksum corrected using OLS303 v2.31 for Bosch EDC16V2
- Flashable via CMD Flash Slave tool
- Original file included for rollback/reference
- Dyno-tested configurations with validated results
- Off-road/competition use only — DPF delete not road-legal in most regions
