here's a handy tool for ford/mazda dpf/egr delete, also good for dtc's, i've tested a couple and seems to work good,
Tested on Win XP, 7, 10 and 11 both x86 and x64.
Requires .net framework 3.5 minimum.
Additive ECU DTCs – disables additive system codes (unplug the ECU after)
EGR function – zeros the EGR hysteresis maps (sets valve to closed)
EGR DTCs – disables EGR-related fault codes
Advanced DTC pane – lets you individually enable/disable any DTC in the binary
Key notes:
The tool uses a pattern-search algorithm rather than fixed offsets, so it should work across different EDC16 SW versions without needing a specific definition file.
DPF must be disabled first before you can touch EGT, DPS, EGR or Additive options (they depend on DPF being off).
All changes are made in memory — the original file is never modified. You can hit Reset to revert before saving.
The tool does NOT correct the checksum. You must fix the checksum with a separate tool (e.g. WinOLS, ECM Titanium, or a dedicated EDC16 checksum corrector) before flashing back to the ECU.
Requires .NET Framework 3.5 minimum.
Solid little utility for the common DPF/EGR delete jobs on Ford/Mazda EDC16 platforms (Focus, C-Max, Mondeo, Mazda 3/5/6 with 1.6 TDCi, 2.0 TDCi, etc.). Just don't forget that checksum step — flashing a file with a bad checksum on EDC16 will usually result in a no-start or limp mode.
