5. Do not post illegal content. This includes pirated software, cracks, or unauthorized access methods.

File Sales / Trades:

1. Only verified sellers may sell tuning files in the ECU Shop.
2. Always include clear details: vehicle, ECU type, stage (e.g., “Stage 2 for BMW F10 with Bosch EDC17”).
3. No “pay first, then I send by email” scams. Use forum-supported trading flows or approved links.
4. Use the [Modified By] field honestly — indicate if the file is from Dyno Chiptuningfiles, B&C Consulting, or your own work.

Technical Support Rules:

1. Be specific when asking for help (vehicle, ECU, issue, tool used).
2. Do not demand support for cracked or pirated tools.
3. Don’t hijack someone else’s thread — create your own if your issue is different.
4. Use search before asking — your question might already be answered.

Signatures and Profiles:

1. You may link to your shop or website in your profile or signature (but no affiliate spam).
2. Use tasteful, non-obnoxious formatting. Avoid flashing text or huge fonts.
3. Do not impersonate staff or verified vendors.

Breaking the Rules:

• Minor violations may get a warning.
• Repeated or serious violations = temporary or permanent ban.
• Scam attempts = permanent IP ban + report to payment processors if relevant.
