i need a saftware to remove lmbda senser for Peugeot 206 ecu marelli iwa 48p.10 and thnkx ..

Hi,

For the Marelli IAW 48P.10 (Peugeot 206) none of the dedicated tools listed here explicitly cover that ECU, so this is normally a manual map edit job rather than a one-click utility. The 48P is an older petrol Marelli unit, and lambda/O2 removal there means disabling the closed-loop fuel trim correction and the related O2 diagnostic monitoring in the calibration.

A couple of practical notes before anyone can point you to the exact offset:

  • Removing the lambda sensor on a petrol ECU is not like a diesel EGR/DPF раtсh — the ECU will run open-loop, fueling can drift, and you'll usually still throw a P0130-series code unless you also kill the diagnostic. Make sure that's really what you want (dead sensor vs. cat delete vs. just clearing a fault).
  • This kind of edit is done in a hex/map editor (WinOLS or similar), not with the EGR/DPF removers in the Resources section — those don't list 48P.10 coverage.

To get anything specific, post:

  • The full read from the ECU (original BIN) and how it was read (tool + full/partial read)
  • The exact ECU HW/SW number from the sticker or read
  • Whether you want the physical sensor removed, or just the DTC/monitoring switched off

Share the original file and someone who has a DAMOS or a known map pack for that 48P can mark the correct lambda/O2 area.

For the 48P.10 specifically I can't point you to a confirmed DAMOS or map pack — I don't have one on hand, and none of the Resources here list that ECU by name. So I can't promise it exists in a ready-made pack.

A few realistic places to look:

  • Search this forum for "48P" / "IAW 48P" / "Magneti Marelli 48P" — someone may have posted a mappack or DAMOS in the DAMOS/map sections.
  • General DAMOS/mappack sellers and tuning file services often have older Marelli petrol coverage, but you'd have to ask them directly for 48P.10.
  • If no labeled DAMOS turns up, the practical route is a comparison method: get a known stock file and a known lambda-off file for the same HW/SW, diff them in WinOLS, and the changed bytes show you the lambda/O2 area.

Either way, the original read from your car is the key — post your BIN and the exact HW/SW number, and it's much easier for someone to confirm whether a DAMOS matches or to mark the offsets by comparison.
