Need help or info to pull the security key to either turn immo off or reprogram a key which software to use Thanks

Solution is almost always in ECU. Question is what type of ECU is installed....I suppose Bosch ME17.5.X or similar....
You must read eeprom and flash memory of ECU.

Yes the ECU is Bosch i was trying to use VCDS to reprogram the keys but im having an issue finding a program that will read the eeprom to pull the security key

Only after that will you be able to program your keys.

Good progress identifying Immo4. For the 2010 Jetta 2.5 with Bosch ECU (most likely ME17.5.x), here's the practical path forward:

Next steps:

  1. Get the exact ECU part number from the label (starts with something like 07K 906 032 xx). This determines the read method.
  2. For ME17.5.x, you'll typically need to read the 95xxx EEPROM on the ECU board (often 95320 or 95640). This requires either BDM/JTAG adapter or bench connection.
  3. Extract the Component Security (CS) value from the EEPROM dump - this is your "security key"

Software options:
  • For reading: PCM Flash, Xhorse VVDI Prog, or Autotuner with appropriate licenses
  • For dump analysis: IMBox, Bflash, or PCMTuner to extract the CS value
  • For IMMO off patching: Same tools above, or WinOLS with proper map pack

Alternative if you just need working keys:
With the CS extracted, VCDS can add keys if you have at least one working key. Without any working keys, you'll need dealer-level ODIS or a tool that can do dealer key programming.

What's your exact ECU part number? That'll determine whether you need bench harness, BDM, or boot mode for the read.
