• Download the package from the resource page.
• Extract it with 7-Zip/WinRAR to a simple path (example: C:\ImmoServiceTool\). Avoid running it from inside the archive.
• Look for the main launcher (usually ImmoServiceTool.exe or similar) and double-click.
• Run as Administrator on first start (right-click → Run as administrator).
• If Windows blocks it: right-click the EXE → Properties → tick Unblock (if present) → Apply.

• Create a job (ECU or Cluster) depending on what you’re doing (PIN, CS, MAC, PowerClass, component security, etc. depends on brand/model).
• Load your dump: select EEPROM/FLASH file you read from the ECU/cluster (the tool is a calculator from dumps, so it needs a valid read).
• Select the correct platform/type (ECU/cluster family, memory type, file size). Wrong selection = wrong result.
• Click calculate/parse to extract PIN/key data.
• Save/export results and use them in your pairing/adaptation procedure (with your diagnostic software).

• Windows 10 x64 is the safest choice (as you already noted in the FAQ).
• Antivirus/Defender: add the folder to exclusions temporarily (some auto tools get false positives). If you do this, keep the tool in its own folder, not on the Desktop/Downloads.
• Install runtimes (common requirements):
  • Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables (2010–2022, x86 + x64)
  • .NET Framework (often 4.7.2/4.8)
• Missing DLL error: tell me the exact DLL name/message and I’ll point you to the right runtime.
• Nothing happens when launching: check Task Manager → see if it starts then closes; also try right-click → Properties → Compatibility → set Windows 10 compatibility and run as admin.
