ISTA_Standalone_4.59.12 Fails to start

Hi guys,

I have recently installed ISTA_Standalone_4.59.12 which fails to start (shutting down without any error info).
I am sharing screenshot from even viewer maybe someone has idea how to deal with it.

did you install all Redistributables you need for ista?

If you mean Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables - I have installed them, but Im not sure if I got all of them. If there is a link where will be the list of all of them to download please share.
