1.0.07 – Batch add HW/SW numbers, normalize filenames, and set extensions for ECU file libraries

NumberAddr is a lightweight Windows utility for organizing ECU files in bulk.
It helps you standardize filenames, apply consistent file extensions, and optionally append HW and SW identifiers for cleaner workshop archives and faster file searching.

Thanks for sharing this! Managing a massive library of bin files is always a pain, so this looks very promising.

Quick question: Does the utility actually scan the binary content (hex) to extract the HW/SW identifiers, or does it rely on parsing the existing file names? I'm curious if it can handle files that are currently named generically (e.g.,
Code:
file1.bin
) and rename them based on the internal data.

Also, is there a list of supported ECU families (Bosch, Siemens, Delco, etc.), or does it use a general string search algorithm?
