Hi, i new user in this forum, but 20 years in car programations.
I can do Immo Off in Renault/Opel EDC16C36 units in full MCU file. For this moment not in all software versions, but in this version is avalable.
File is comercial, and if interest, welkome in PM.
I attach Immo off file, need make checksum correction.
Regards.

Good to know you can do immo off on the full MCU for EDC16C36. A few important notes for anyone picking up this file:
@noslen — if you use this file:
If it doesn't work out, the proven fallback is still making the 95320 EEPROM virgin and re-adapting the ECU to the car with OP-COM or Clip.
- The attached .bin is labeled "Immo Off no CS" — checksums are not corrected. Flashing without checksum correction will likely cause a MIL light or the ECU may reject the flash altogether. Use WinOLS or a dedicated EDC16 checksum tool before writing.
- File size is 2.00 MB — consistent with a full MPC5xx MCU dump for EDC16C36, that checks out.
- Always verify the SW number inside the modified file matches the target ECU exactly. The original post references Bosch HW 0281017065 / SW 1037503114.
@noslen — if you use this file:
- Confirm the SW version in the file matches yours (1037503114).
- Correct checksums before flashing.
- Flash via BDM (boot mode), since MCU-level immo changes typically require it.
