This PCMTuner EDC17C60 PSA Auto Utility is a compact Windows tool package intended for workshop level ECU identification, session handling, and service documentation for Bosch EDC17C60 units used across PSA platforms. Use it only for lawful diagnostics and repair workflows where access rights and procedures are properly authorized.

Thanks for the upload!

I've been looking for a reliable standalone utility for these PSA units. The EDC17C60 can be a bit tricky with TPROT on newer software versions.

A couple of questions for those who have tested Build 2023-03:

  • Does the ECU identification pull the PIN code from the EEPROM automatically, or is that a separate function?
  • Regarding "Authorized Security Access" — does this allow for unlocking the ECU for OBD writing later, or is this strictly for Bench operations?
  • Does this require the PCMTuner smart dongle to be connected to launch?

I have a Citroen Berlingo with the TC1793 coming in later this week, so I'll try to give this a run and report back on the checksum correction and read speeds.
