Prepared PIDT2 setup for Scanmatik 2 and 3 via D-PDU

Porsche PIWIS PIDT 2 for Scanmatik is a prepared diagnostic deployment package intended for workshop PCs, test systems, and bench setups that use Scanmatik 2 or Scanmatik 3 as the passthru interface. This single-file installer package is built around a preconfigured PIDT2 environment for D-PDU-based operation, with automated setup flow, desktop shortcut creation, and prepared J2534 config.xml handling for VIN detection workflows.
