I have just personally checked the download link again. The folder opens correctly, and the installation file is present and accessible.

Therefore, your statement that the link leads to an empty folder does not match the results of my verification.

I will also contact the site administration to clarify this situation, as the negative rating appears to be based on an issue that I cannot reproduce.

If you are still experiencing problems, please provide a screenshot so we can identify the cause.
