I managed to activate Startkey Daimler Truck, but when I open the program it asks for a username and password. What would that be? Could someone help me?

Суточный лимит (Rolling limit): Лимит обычно считается не по календарным дням, а за последние 24 часа. Даже если вы сегодня ничего не качали, возможно, вы скачали что-то вчера поздно вечером, и эти 24 часа еще не истекли.
Общий IP-адрес: Если вы используете VPN, прокси или сидите через публичный Wi-Fi, кто-то другой с этого же IP-адреса мог уже исчерпать лимит на скачивание для гостей или начальных групп.

Вам нужно либо подождать, либо повысить свою группу на форуме, участвуя в обсуждениях.
